We tried the classic Florentine steak, incredibly tender meat served pre-sliced to enhance the rare cooking, accompanied by black salt. Excellent. Beforehand, there was a platter of traditional cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by honey and jam. The platter, with the cured meats arranged in a rose shape, is very charming. Fast and friendly service. Prices are reasonable. Recommended.
