Located near the center of Florence. Very charming and welcoming atmosphere. Varied menu, not just meat, but also pizza. Large interior. We tried the classic Florentine steak, incredibly tender meat served pre-sliced to enhance the rare cooking, accompanied by black salt. Excellent. Beforehand, there was a platter of traditional cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by honey and jam. The platter, with the cured meats arranged in a rose shape, is very charming. Fast and friendly service. Prices are reasonable. Recommended.
